Student Lettings Manager - Plymouth - 30k-35k Basic - Car Allowance - Monday to Friday Working Pattern (no weekends) - Strong Brand - Busy Independent Business - Relaxed Working Environment My client, with a strong and recognisable brand, is looking for a Student Lettings Manager to join their busy and vibrant team based in Plymouth. The ideal candidate, with traits which include a positivity, creativity, resilience and high energy, will be able to demonstrate a proven record of delivering excellent customer service and results within a high volume lettings role. Preferably, candidates will have student or residential lettings management experience. My client will consider applications from experienced senior lettings negotiators seeking a move into management. 4 negotiators and 2 administrators will form your team to work alongside, to support and inspire to continue the success of this highly recognisable student lettings company.  Responsibilities for this Student Lettings Manager Student role will include:
  • Overseeing the rental of a portfolio of student accomodation
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the department
  • Build and maintain relationships with landlords and  tenants and other stakeholders to ensure a high level of service is provided.
  • Managing the team
Skills & Experience for this Student Lettings Manager role:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of the Oxford lettings Market
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Vast knowledge of the lettings process
  • Be highly organised with an acute attention to detail.
  • Be quick to learn and follow procedures.
  • Have previous customer service experience.
  • Minimum 24 months in the local area
