LOCATION: Plymouth

SALARY: Up to 30,000 (DOE)

HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

THE ROLE: Office Angels are recruiting for a well-organised and process driven Commercial Administrator to join a large scale and exciting construction project based at Devonport. You will be supporting the team by liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors and ensuring you have all of the information for them to be set up on the accounts / invoicing system. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a varied and challenging role where you can really make a difference and be part of a fantastic refurb project. This role is being offered on a 12-month fixed term contract, starting in January however interviews are being held as soon as possible, for the right candidate this role may become permanent.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Liaising with vendors for onboarding purposes
  • Updating and sending Non-Disclosure Agreements to vendors
  • Ensuring correct information has been uploaded onto the portal, approving, or declining where necessary
  • Updating the Supply Chain Database and various other databases and spreadsheets
  • Sending out questionnaires and assisting with any other administration duties
  • Uploading requisitions to Causeway CPA
  • Assisting the buyers with plant and material order processes, including RFI's, going out to enquiry, providing value for money recommendations and placing orders with the supply chain
  • Ad hoc duties covering assisting in the organising of meet the buyer events, one off communications to the supply chain, general procurement administration / filing
  • Assisting the procurement team with other general administration duties as and when required.
