SALARY: 26,000 - 29,000 PA DOE

HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

THE ROLE: Office Angels are recruiting for a well-organised and process driven Commercial Administrator to join a large scale and exciting construction project based at Devonport. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a varied and challenging role where you can really make a difference and be part of a fantastic refurb project. This role is being offered on a temporary to permanent basis therefore you must be available immediately or on a short notice period.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for assisting the commercial team in the regular financial reporting
  • Processing and administration of applications for payment upstream and downstream
  • Interrogate the job cost information to ensure all works undertaken are correctly charged to our clients
  • Dealing with any department queries
  • Liaising with the appropriate Quantity Surveyor, Agent or others within the project team to obtain supporting information where necessary to enable the evidencing of application for payment details.

KEY SKILLS:

  • Ideal but not mandatory experience in use of accounting software
  • Proficient in MS Office essential - particularly Microsoft Office Excel
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate high standards of integrity and organisation
