Head Of Property Management required to join one of the most respected property consultancies in the South West with over 70 staff across their offices spanning from Truro to South Wales. They are offering a salary up to £65k plus car / car allowance, an excellent work-life balance, hybrid & flexible working as well as ongoing support and development.

The Head Of Property Management will operate across the South West with options to be based in Truro, Plymouth, Exeter or Bristol. This position encompasses the direct management of 15 staff, with full responsibility for the Property Management Service offering, reporting to the MD, managing annual budgets, while assisting with the management of a mixed portfolio of commercial and residential properties.

Head Of Property Management Job Overview
