Our client is a UK-based property management company that specialises in high-quality shared accommodation across the South West. Role: Lettings and Property Manager
We are looking for someone with a passion for property management, who can effectively balance sales and management duties while ensuring a positive tenant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lettings and Sales

  • Communicate with potential tenants and arrange property viewings
  • Conduct in-person viewings and actively sell available rooms
  • Follow up on leads and manage the tenant onboarding process
  • Advertise available rooms and maintain digital property listings
  • Track and report on sales and occupancy rates to management

Property Management

  • Respond to tenant inquiries via communication apps and email, providing timely solutions
  • Maintain the property management system (PMS) and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Review contractor invoices and update the PMS accordingly
  • Prepare and review landlord statements
  • Manage the end-of-tenancy process efficiently
  • Coordinate maintenance tasks with the Maintenance Team
  • Organize time records, receipts, and invoicing for clients

What Were Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of experience in property lettings or sales (preferred)
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and property management software
  • A proactive self-starter eager to thrive in a growing agency
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, able to juggle multiple tasks
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others
