An excellent opportunity to utilise your customer services skills in a friendly office environment, dealing with various members of the person face to face and over the telephoneThis role is temporary for 2 months initially, with potential for this to be extended after this period. 37 hours per week Monday to Friday, £14.06 per hour plus holiday pay. The role is based in Crownhill, PlymouthYour duties will include, ensure that all customer contact is accurately recorded, including complaints, compliments, Councillor and MP enquiries and then forwarding to the appropriate Investigating Officer for action to be taken. Monitoring customer contact responses to ensure that an accurate record of communication between the organisation and the customer is available, targets are met, and where needed highlight areas of improvement.
