Experienced Restaurant Supervisor required.

Wise Employment are currently recruiting for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor for a luxury hotel in the Plymouth area for a full time Permanent role.

In return you will be offered a competitive salary of around £28,000 per annum with additional benefits including on-site parking, discounted stays and food, company pension and more.

You will be required to have similar experience and duties will include;

  • Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to maximise sales performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Follow all hotel policies as outlined in your training manual.
  • Serve food and drinks, quickly and efficiently to meet the companies 5* standards.
  • Actively promote offers across the great food and beverage range.
  • Liaising with Operations and General manager to ensure clear communications throughout other departments.
  • Ensure all complaints are minimised and handling professionally and in a timely manner in accordance with company policies.
  • To maintain exemplary billing systems and obtain all payments from customers in accordance with company Policy, and the accurate accounting and processing of all reception sales.
  • To observe and comply with cleaning rotas, health and safety, food and hygiene regulations
  • Ensure high standards of financial and reporting diligence in accordance with company policy
  • To ensure good working relationship with all other departments and communicate information throughout the hotel.
  • To understand responsibilities in relation to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control and Emergency Aid.
