As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Account Manager to be based in Plymouth.

Role Summary:

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in nurturing and expanding relationships with our key clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for key clients in your portfolio, ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients needs, objectives, and industries to provide tailored solutions.

Business Development:

  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and propose innovative solutions to meet client goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, and product development) to deliver on customer requirements.

Relationship Building:

  • Foster long-term relationships with clients, establishing trust and rapport at multiple organizational levels.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and performance evaluations with clients.

Sales Performance:

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, contributing to the companys overall revenue growth.
  • Prepare forecasts, budgets, and progress reports for assigned accounts.

Problem Solving:

  • Proactively address and resolve client concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, ideally in [industry/sector].
  • Experience managing high-value client accounts with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Skills:
