Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for finance and administration? I am seeking a Finance Assistant with an open and engaging personality to handle Front of House duties as well.

In this role, you would be required to ensure the smooth operation of finance functions on site, liaising closely with the wider Finance Team, whilst also supporting the front-of-house activities. This role is your opportunity to become an integral part of a dynamic team, handle everything from managing purchase ledgers and bank reconciliations through to ensuring accurate coding of transactions, liaising with stakeholders to resolve queries, and using your expertise in accounting to maintain impeccable financial records.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Maintain effective operation of purchase and sales ledgers within the XERO system.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and processing of supplier invoices.
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations and manage debtors.
  • Process bookings and respond to enquiries with professionalism.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist with Front of House duties.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in XERO accounting software desirable but not essential.
  • Experience with financial record-keeping and ledger management.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Willingness to undertake further training and professional development.
