Key Responsibilities:

Organizing and carrying out excellent art classes that follow the national curriculum

Encouraging pupils to investigate diverse artistic mediums, methods, etc

Evaluating student’s progress, offering helpful criticism, and fostering their development

Establish demanding instructional and learning goals that apply to every student in your classroom

Be familiar with a variety of assessment techniques, such as questioning, oral evaluation, self-evaluation, and the significance of formative assessment

Requirements:

  • A degree in Art or a related field

  • Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status, with UK-based teaching experience.

  • Eligibility to work in the UK

  • An Enhanced DBS on the update service

  • Must Provide 2 proven professional references

  • Experience instructing secondary students in art and design technology

  • Strong familiarity with the Art curriculum and contemporary teaching methods
