Provide engaging geography lessons that spark students' curiosity, foster critical thinking, and advance a thorough comprehension of the material.

Participate actively in the creation and improvement of the geography curriculum, making sure that it satisfies national requirements and piques students' interest in the wider globe.

Assist students with individualised support, taking into account their varied learning preferences and aptitudes, so they can achieve academic success and grow to love geography.

Adopt efficient methods for assessments, give students timely and helpful criticism, and collaborate with peers to track and enhance academic achievement.

In order to enhance students' educational experiences, promote and oversee extracurricular geography-related activities like geography clubs, field trips, and environmental initiatives. ?
Requirements: ?

A bachelor degree in geography or a related field.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialisation in geography or a related field.

Must provide 2 professional references.

Eligibility to work in the UK.

An enhanced DBS on updated service or willingness to get one.

Teaching qualification and certification from a recognized institution.

Experience in teaching geography at the secondary school level, demonstrating a profound understanding of the subject matter and effective teaching methodologies.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
