About the Role:
Prospero Teaching is on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to become part of a vibrant secondary school community in Plymouth. As one of the fastest-growing agencies in the UK, we seek an enthusiastic and reliable educator with a teaching qualification and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and impactful Maths lessons to secondary students.
- Create and implement innovative lesson plans tailored to diverse student needs.
- Nurture a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Evaluate and track student progress, offering feedback and support where necessary.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to foster student success.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven experience teaching in a UK secondary school.
- Up-to-date Safeguarding training (preferred, but not essential as training can be provided).
- Right to Work in the UK.
- An Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service, or willingness to apply for one.
- Ability to provide two professional references.
