GSL Education is seeking qualified and experienced Secondary Teachers to work on a supply basis in schools across Plymouth. Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 in line with the national curriculum.
- Adapt teaching methods to support students with varying learning needs and abilities.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a positive learning environment.
- Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Work collaboratively with school staff to support student development.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience teaching at KS3 and KS4 in a secondary school setting.
- Strong classroom management and the ability to adapt to different school environments.
- A proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
- A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
