Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Needed in Plymouth.

TimePlan Education is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or various assignments in schools across Plymouth. These positions include temporary, longer-term, and permanent roles. As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) you will be responsible for supporting Teachers in the classroom and helping them prepare for lessons, working 1:1 and with small groups of students who have complex learning and behaviour needs.

The ideal Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) will be;

Experienced supporting SEND and/or SEMH students in an education enviroment

Up to date and knowledgeable of all safeguarding and processes within a school

Patient and creative with excellent communication skills

Able to support a team create a safe and inclusive learning enviroment
