Partner - Fire Safety

About the role:

We are looking for a partner to lead the fire consultancy service offering for a leading partnership.

Our client is a property consultancy, they provide asset management, maintenance and development advice to their clients who are institutional investors, developers and landed estates. They offer strategic advice to ensure their clients maximise market opportunity, meet ESG targets and comply with regulatory demands through health & safety and fire safety.  

They operate from a network of offices throughout the UK, are privately owned and are a progressive practice, having nurtured many of their partners from graduate.

Through client demand and market alignment, they are looking to grow their capability in fire safety consultancy, enhancing their advisory role to top tier clients.

Duties:

• Engage with clients to understand their business demands and portfolio needs
• Develop fire safety strategies for buildings, ensuring both passive and active plans are installed.
• Oversee all aspects of fire safety for their portfolio of clients and projects.
• Instruct, oversee and disseminate fire risk assessments, providing concise direction to stakeholders
• Lead and manage projects in a proactive and diligent manner.
• Develop new and existing business relationships. 
• Manage, recruit and train fire engineers and consultants to carry out best in class service.
• Manage the P&L for the service, reporting to the partnership on delivery and growth plans.

About you

• You will be MRICS or FRICS
• Level 4 Diploma in Fire Safety and Science
• Have a degree in building surveying, building control or real estate
• Demonstrable track record of working within fire safety and advisory.

Package:

• Salary to £130,000.
