• Assist with personal care, eating support, and postural management.
• Provide learning support tailored to his needs.
• Share enthusiasm for his favourite activities, including maths, music, and playing instruments.
• Facilitate outdoor and physical activities such as bat and ball games.
• Ensure his routines and systems are followed to help him feel safe and confident.

About You:

• You are confident, compassionate, and adaptable.
• You can attune to routines and foster a supportive environment.
• A driving license is a significant advantage, enabling participation in community activities, sporting events, and visits to places of interest.
• You are comfortable supporting someone with a visual and hearing impairment who uses a manual wheelchair.
