Job Title: Social Worker
Grade: Band 6

Location: Westbourne, Scott Business Park, Business Park Road, PL2 2PQ
(Community Based) (Hybrid Remote)
Department: Learning disability Team
Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours - Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm) (open to part time)
Pay rate: £21.80 per hour

Livewell Southwest are currently looking for an experienced Social Worker who is keen to work with young people within The Learning & Disability Team. You will provide a comprehensive, effective & integrated social work service to young people & their families & carers using services in both a community & inpatient setting.

What you’ll need:
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
- HCPC Registration
- Experience of conducting assessments identifying health and social care needs
- Relevant specialist training in the skills required for the specialty area
