As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide tailored support to pupils with special educational needs, including severe learning difficulties and autism.
- Work collaboratively with teachers to deliver engaging, inclusive lessons.
- Foster a safe, nurturing environment that promotes growth and development.
- Adapt to different classrooms and pupils needs with enthusiasm and flexibility.

- Prior experience working with SEN pupils is desirable but not essential.
Essential Requirements:
- A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- Relevant qualifications such as a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant certificate are an advantage but not essential.
