Nights 11pm - 11am

The Production Technician is responsible for all technical and processing activities, including operating machinery, equipment maintenance, and fault finding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Covering breaks, operating production machinery, assembling products, and handling pallet release duties.
  • Performing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and refurbishing offline machinery.
  • Diagnosing and repairing electro-mechanical faults.
  • Ensuring all manufacturing equipment is set up to meet production standards.
  • Monitoring in-process quality and resolving issues to prevent product holds.
  • Minimising downtime while staying within planned repair and spare costs.

About You

  • Qualified in electrical or mechanical engineering (e.g., C&G, HND) or completed a time-served apprenticeship.
  • Experience in a high-volume, highly automated manufacturing environment.
  • Skilled in maintenance and fault finding.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A team player with a passion for healthcare.
