Salary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading, motivating, and developing the kitchen team.
- Managing stock control, ordering, and food costs to achieve financial targets.
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety and food hygiene regulations.
- Maintaining consistently high food quality and presentation standards.
- Driving the kitchen's efficiency and productivity to meet customer expectations.
About You:
- Proven experience in a kitchen management or similar leadership role, ideally within a branded restaurant or chain environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
- Passionate about fresh food & sustainability.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A proactive, hands-on leader with a positive attitude.
