- Collaborate with web logistics teams to proactively address stock issues before they arise.
- Monitor KPIs and take quick action on any critical issues.
- Coordinate with logistics, buying, and merchandising teams to manage SKU profiles and plan ranges effectively.
- Ensure store floorplans align with Planogram allocations, working with store teams to resolve any discrepancies.
- Play a key role in new store launches, ensuring stock is fully available from day one.
- Tackle out-of-stock situations by identifying replacement SKUs and leveraging in-depth sales stock analysis.
- Support the seamless exit of old stock while maintaining smooth store operations.
- Analyse stock profiles to ensure optimal levels between deliveries and avoid low stock situations.
- Experience in logistics or merchandising is a plus, but enthusiasm and a proactive attitude are key.
- SQL experience is desirable, though full training will be provided.
- A strong ability to stay calm under pressure and meet deadlines.
