Ventro, Firntec and LivGreen are an exciting group of companies focused on fire-safety services and net zero retrofit. As the Team Administrator, you will work closely and effectively with the Pre-Construction Manager. This is a vital role within the business providing support and assistance to our site-based surveying team; pricing and scheduling surveys required by our clients and assigning them to the surveying team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Managing surveyor diaries.
  • Plan surveys; taking into consideration the surveyor/client location.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Schedule and assign required surveys to surveying team.
  • Organise overnight stays including booking of hotels and travel as required.
  • Liaising with clients and residents and keep them updated on their survey and its progress.
  • Sending out resident letters; surveying date/surveyor name to be included.
  • Communicate with surveying team via phone, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with staff, clients, and residents.
  • Complete full cost estimates; providing accurate and timely estimations.
  • Researching item costs including materials, labour, equipment etc.
  • Review architectural plans - including floor plans.

The successful candidate must:

  • Experience of delivering exceptional customer service and will continuously work to provide a customer first culture
  • Previous administration/scheduling experience beneficial
  • Good Communication skills
  • Organised
  • Attention to Detail essential and ability to prioritise workload
  • Ability to work well under pressure and within given timescales.
