The Role:As a Sustainability Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing, leading, and supporting key strategies for continuous improvement of environmental and social standards throughout our client's business processes. You will be responsible for setting and achieving sustainable goals for the company, ensuring that they are reducing our carbon footprint and making a positive impact on the environment. You will also act as the main point of contact for any third-party enquiries regarding sustainability, conducting audits and providing reports to demonstrate commitment to sustainable practices.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a robust sustainability strategy, in line with industry standards- Lead efforts to reduce our carbon footprint and promote environmentally friendly practices within the manufacturing process- Conduct stakeholder analysis and reviews to identify key areas for improvement- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable initiatives- Monitor and report on the progress of sustainability goals and targets to senior management- Keep up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in sustainability- Act as the main point of contact for third-party enquiries regarding sustainability- Educate and train employees on sustainability practices and ensure compliance throughout the organisation- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and organisations to promote sustainable solutions- Produce reports and data analysis to demonstrate our sustainability efforts and impact

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field- Strong understanding of environmental and social standards and regulations- Excellent project management and leadership skills- Experience conducting stakeholder analysis and reviews- Knowledge of sustainability reporting and data analysis- Proven track record of successfully implementing sustainability initiatives- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Highly organised and detail-oriented- Passion for sustainability and making a positive impact on the environment
