JOB TITLE:Receptionist/Administrator

LOCATION: Plymouth

SALARY:23,000 - 25,000 dependent on experience

HOURS: Monday to Friday, Full time, 37.5 hours per week, 08:30am - 5:00pm

THE ROLE: As the Receptionist, your main responsibility will be to meet and greet clients and visitors to the office with a warm and friendly demeanour, creating a pleasant and comfortable experience. Whether its answering incoming calls, directing callers, or accepting deliveries, you will play a crucial role in maintain the smooth operation of the firm!

Duties include:

  • Meet and greet all clients and visitors, creating a welcoming environment
  • Handle enquiries from visitors and provide appropriate assistance
  • Process documents and maintain records
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organised reception area
  • Answer incoming calls and direct callers to the right department
  • Maintain records of all calls received
  • Act as a witness on the signature of documents, when required
  • Use initiative to conduct routine procedures for the Practise Manager
  • Contribute to the development of new procedures and precedent documents
  • Share ideas and important information with colleagues
  • Support with company administrative duties when necessary

  • Excellent computer literacy and the ability to multitask discreetly
