Wise Employment are currently recruiting for a Night Transport Planner for an established company within Plymouth. This is an on-site permanent role on a Salary of up to £38,500k DOE.

Thisrole is working Monday to Friday 2100hours until 0700 hours. This role also includes benefits such as; On the job training and development opportunities, onsite parking, competitive holiday scheme – 28 days’ holiday including Bank Holidays and pension scheme.

This opportunity will see you playing a crucial role in coordinating and optimizing transportation activities within the business.

What your day will look like as a Night Transport Planner:

You will be dealing with drivers face to face and on the phone. working as part of a small night team and reporting to the Night Team Manager and Warehouse Manager.

Experience required as a Night Transport Planner:

  • You will need to be a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills to ensure the smooth and efficient movement of goods.
  • You will need experience in routing networks in the Devon and Cornwall areas and working in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills would also be advantageous
    • For this role it is necessary for you to have strong communication in both written and verbal and dealing with different departments both internally and externally.

To achieve the higher salary, you will need to demonstrate your ability to meet the key criteria’s of the role by past experience and during the interview process.
