We are seeking a proactive I.T Services Technician to join a fast-paced incident team in Plymouth on a permanent basis. In this role, you will provide Service Desk IT support across multiple sites, handling service requests both locally and remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide responsive IT support via multiple communication channels.
  • Take full ownership of Service Records, ensuring stakeholders are informed of updates and actions.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Incident Management System.
  • Escalate complex or high-priority issues to internal or external teams.
  • Act as a key point of contact for IT system users and external partners.
  • Stay updated on new technologies to maintain expertise and provide effective support.
  • Assist with additional IT-related tasks as assigned by senior staff.

Essential Experience / Qualifications and Candidate Attributes Required:

  • At least 1 year of IT support experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiar with troubleshooting Windows operating systems (10, 11, Server 2012 and newer)
  • Basic understanding of network infrastructure issues (WAN, LAN, etc.)
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles
  • Strong analytical skills for problem resolution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Holder of a full, clean driving license


The successful candidate will be working Monday to Thursday 07:30am to 4:30pm, 12.30pm finish on Friday’s.
