Are you from a Marine Engineering background or similar looking to step up into a Management position with a prestigious well-established company, who will offer you the opportunity to progress into management, upskill your existing knowledge and travel internationally?

On offer is the opportunity to join a leading name in the commercial fishing industry, with a strong commitment to sustainable practices, quality seafood, and operational excellence.

This varied and dynamic role, will see you working between the office and local sites, with occasional international travel. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and taking part in the fitting out of vessels while ensuring the efficiency, safety, and profitability of the fleet while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.

This role would suit a candidate coming from a Marine or similar background with strong communication and leadership skills looking for training, development and the opportunity to travel.
