Job Title: Vehicle Technician

Salary: A basic salary of £36,600 with on-target earnings of £44,000 and an uncapped bonus scheme.

Job Description: We’re looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join a successful franchised dealership in Plymouth. In this role, you’ll work with the latest technology and a variety of vehicles, performing essential maintenance and repair tasks.

Experience Required:

Qualified to at least NVQ Level II in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent.
MOT Tester qualification preferred but not essential.
Proficient in the use of automotive diagnostic equipment
A commitment to delivering work of the highest quality
Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to engage in ongoing learning

Key Responsibilities as a Vehicle Technician:

Perform routine maintenance and vehicle repairs
Carry out vehicle health checks and pre-delivery inspections.
Warranty work
Utilize diagnostic tools to accurately identify issues
Work collaboratively to ensure high standards of customer service
Participate in ongoing training, both in-house and externally as required.
