Are you a Fit-Out Operative with marine or boatbuilding experience, skilled in wiring looms, and passionate about designing bespoke solutions for luxury yachts, looking to join a leading company working on cutting-edge projects with a supportive team and excellent training and career development opportunities?

In this role, you'll design and coordinate and work with Development, Production, and Sales teams. You'll create technical drawings, 3D CAD mock-ups, and work instructions, ensuring production readiness. Strong technical and collaboration skills are essential.

The Role:
- Design and implement Non-Standard Engineering solutions for customer requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver cost-effective, high-quality outcomes.
- Produce engineering documentation and oversee installations to ensure successful implementation.
The Person:
- Strong engineering background with relevant qualifications preferably within the Marine industry
- Experience with 2D & 3D drawing software such as Siemens NX
- Electrical Design Experience with Wiring Looms
- Based in Plymouth or easily commutable to
