Role & Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with electro-mechanical faults.
  • Fault finding, diagnosis and repair.
  • Planned preventative maintenance.
  • Refurbishing all machinery.
  • Adhering to all quality standards.
  • Promoting continuous improvement.
  • Operating production machinery.
  • Assembling components/products.
  • Deal with quality checks/inspection, performance quality.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • NVQ 3 (minimum) or time served - Electrical or Mechanical.
  • Experience with maintenance/production.
  • Continuous improvement techniques.
