Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and oversee maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Work closely with the Maintenance Planner to document and execute tasks efficiently.
- Conduct regular audits and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Provide leadership in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives.
- Support spare parts organisation and preparation for planned maintenance periods.
- Assist in technical training and development of unit technical staff.
- Required to work during plant shutdowns to perform essential maintenance tasks.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering (or time-served experience).
- Previous experience in a technical role within a production or high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of maintenance systems and procedures, ideally SAP.
- Understanding of TPM manufacturing techniques.
- Strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English.
