We supply candidates from executive to operative level and are currently looking for a Repairs Supervisor based in Plymouth, covering responsive repairs across Devon & Cornwall.

Day to Day:

The role will involve overseeing responsive repairs, for the MOD accommodation.  Candidates applying will need to have previous experience of repairs and maintenance, carrying out surveys and overseeing works and quality checks.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):

 

  • Trade background is essential - NVQ desirable
  • Previous experience of managing trades in various locations
  • Experience of surveying, quality checks on works completed
  • Meeting tenants and agreeing works
  • Scope of works and ordering materials
  • Driving licence is essential
  • Van and fuel card will be provided, working hours are 42 per week - Monday to Friday.
