As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Managing sales and purchase ledgers.
- Reconciling bank statements and accounts.
- Generating invoices and ensuring timely credit control.
- Using Xero/Sage to maintain accurate financial records.
- Supporting the team with ad-hoc finance tasks while working independently when required.
- Have 1-2 years of experience within a finance function.
- Be proficient in Xero or Sage, and advanced in Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Be conscientious, detail-oriented, and a team player.
- Be keen to learn, develop, and potentially study further.
