This is a fantastic opportunity to join Gi Group and work at one of our clients as a Line Operative at well-known company based at Spalding, PE11.
Line Operative responsibilities:
* Tasks may include transplanting, cutting clones, watering, trimming, bottoming, topping, pruning, defoliating, etc.
* Ensuring plants are handled with care to maintain quality
* Adding labels to pots for identification
* Ensure the work area is kept clean, tidy and safe
Line Operative required skills:
* Enthusiastic, dependable, and punctual
* Reliability
* Flexibility towards duties
Line Operative Pay:
* 11.44ph
* OT 14:30 after 48hrs
Line Operative Shift:
* 7am - 7pm
* Full time
* Part time
* Plenty of overtime available
Line Operative benefits:
