A talented Customer Service professional is being sought by my client to provide first line support to its clients and engineers. This is a fantastic hybrid opportunity for a highly organised and committed Customer Service person to account manage projects including scheduling jobs, organising accommodation for field engineers and keeping customers up to date on projects.
The Customer Service role will include:
- Providing first class 1st line support, information and updates to customers, managers, and internal departments.
- Ensuring the correct, accurate, scheduling of all breakdowns, pre- planned services, decommissions and installations.
- Raising customer quotes and obtaining purchase orders from customers for chargeable jobs.
- Regularly checking progression of jobs to ensure we achieve service level agreements.
- Providing phone support to engineers in the field and scheduling and allocation of engineer’s work.
- Making travel arrangements and hotel accommodation booking for engineers.
- Communicating relevant updates to customers, key account managers, engineers and management.
