HRGO Recruitment are looking for a skilled and detail orientated Construction Estimator to join our client's team. The successful candidate will need to have a strong background in general building works and heritage properties.

General duties:
- Analyse project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labour estimates.
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for projects
- Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, construction materials, and best practices, especially related to heritage and traditional builds.
- Provide clear reports and documentation to senior management and project teams.
Role Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Estimator
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques used in historical preservation.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical abilities
- Ability to interpret architectural and construction drawings.
Strong negotiation and communication skills - Proficiency with estimating software and MS Office Suite
- Must have UK Drivers Licence
