Learning Mentor

We are looking for a Learning Mentor in Polegate who is passionate about making a real difference in students' lives. If you thrive on helping young people navigate emotional, social, or behavioural challenges, we would love to hear from you.

In this role, you'll support students in overcoming personal barriers that may affect their learning and development. Your focus will be on building positive relationships, creating tailored support plans, and offering practical guidance to help students manage their emotions and behaviour more effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one and small group support for students facing emotional or social difficulties.
  • Develop and implement strategies that help students manage their behaviour and emotions.
