Clearline Recruitment is seeking a skilled TIG Welder Fabricator to join a great company based in Polegate on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis (Monday to Friday).
You will become part of a friendly, family-run team, working on the fabrication and assembly of components to precise specifications while maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge and expertise in various welding techniques, with a particular focus on TIG welding.
The Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in welding, with a focus on TIG welding techniques.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency in operating various hand and power tools.
- Experience with sheet metal fabrication.
- Will be required to work with Mild Steel, Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Zinc and Brass.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality work.
The Responsibilities:
- Carry out TIG welding on various materials, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect welded joints to verify structural integrity and adherence to safety regulations.
- Apply basic mathematical skills to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Keep the workspace clean and organised while strictly following safety protocols.
- Work collaboratively with team members to refine processes and boost overall productivity.
