Essential Requirements:
- 360 Machine Licence.
- Experience with grabs, magnets, and sorting scrap metal.
- Strong knowledge of metal recycling.
- Punctual and reliable.
- A flexible, proactive approach to work.
- A willingness to learn and improve.
- A positive and driven attitude.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Desirable Experience:
- A UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
- Experience with a shear is desirable.
