They are looking for someone with good general DIY skills to work as an Installation Assistant to support their UK customers. What will you be doing as an Installation Assistant:The role will involve regular site visits to customers across the UK to help install the companys products. Duties will include: Visiting customer sites for general installation and some basic maintenance work Installation work including a mixture of joinery and basic electrical work Fixing installations to walls, ceilings and floors as required Providing basic product training to customers Basic equipment servicing (training provided) As well as working at customer sites, you will also assist in the companys head office Full product training will be provided We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:Experience in a similar role such as Installer, Shopfitter, Handyman, Maintenance Assistant, or Joiner Strong all round DIY skills including the ability to carry out some basic joinery is essential A basic understanding of electrical work: the role doesnt require experience as an electrician Full current driving licence Able to work in a role that involves travel and overnight stays Excellent interpersonal skills Happy to undergo an enhanced DBS check Confident and friendly character What will you get in return for your work as an Installation Assistant:A salary of £26,000 to £28,000 depending on experience 23 days holiday plus bank holidays Company vehicle Laptop, tablet and mobile phone Pension scheme To applyIf this sounds like an Installation role you would love, please email your CV today
