We are looking for experienced highways/civils/bridgeworks supervisors to help us deliver our services. The position will require the organisation of all plant, labour and materials of multiple schemes across the UK and the efficient programming of the wider programme with other members of the team including other supervisors.
The work involves working as part of a larger team and involves working both day and night shift patterns (Mon-Fri) across the UK.
A flexible approach to working is required due to the nature of our works on roads and bridges.
Experience:
- Supervising experience: 3 years (required)
- Licence/Certification
- CSCS gold card or above? (required)
- SSSTS or above? (required)
The right candidate will possess excellent organisational skills and have the ability to clearly report activities from site in line with our operating procedures including H&S, Environmental and Quality findings. A candidate who is a problem solver and solution provider is required given the complexity of our delivered services to our clients. The ability to be client facing and the ability to attend and contribute in meetings across the UK is also a must.
