Supply Chain – Customer Sales Support£28,000 6 Month ContractFully site based - free parking4pm finish on a Friday
We are currently working with a fantastic business based in Pontefract to support them with a requirement of around 6 months.
Main Responsibilities will include:
- Process and administer Sales Return Orders as required by the business.
- Receive and input customer orders accurately into the system.
- Arrange transport for customer orders
- Allocate stock to orders
- Proactively keep customers informed
- Contact customers to follow up on orders, gauge demand, and report insights to account managers
- Update systems with any changes to orders, transport arrangements, or anticipated delivery dates
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate, efficient, and customer-focused service
They are looking for individuals who are:
- Customer-focused with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive in ensuring smooth order processing and resolving customer concerns efficiently
- Experience in customer support, order processing, or supply chain coordination within a food or FMCG environment is desirable
