THE ROLE:
Work alongside other Bonus Coordinators in the maintenance of the incentive schemes both in warehousing and distribution.
Help to ensure prompt query resolution (including any back pay / owed occurrences) to enable accurate payment of bonus.
Help to ensure accurate manpower planning figures are produced by updating SMVs within Bonus data files.
Roll weekly Bonus data files and take lead on end of month payroll action.
Ensure all relevant Finance, MI and Intranet files are updated accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure a flexible and common sense approach to Health and Safety.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures in place ensuring standards are maintained at all times.
Establish and maintain a good working relationship with the wider department, Warehouse Workforce and Management.
Participate in any projects throughout the business or any other duties as required.
THE CANDIDATE:
Have a high level of numeracy.
Have good oral and written communication skills.
Confidence to show initiative when working independently, or as part of a team, often to strict, weekly deadlines.
Demonstrate a suitable working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
