Day-to-day of the role:
- Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging educational activities.
- Provide tailored support to individual students to meet their learning needs.

- Work closely with teachers to monitor and report on student progress.
- Engage in school events, activities, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and parents.
- A calm, patient, and caring approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
- Relevant qualifications in education or as a teaching assistant are preferred but not essential for passionate candidates with the right experience.
