Our well established client are expanding their team and seek a highly organised Project Support Administrator / Co-Ordinator to manage project logistics, scheduling and documentation.

This office based role is ideal for candidates with experience in coordination, scheduling or planning who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and track project tasks, ensuring timely completion.

  • Coordinate logistics, including materials, plant hire and team travel.

  • Maintain project documentation including Health & Safety files and Risk Assessments

  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Manage workflow documentation, tracking deliveries and site requirements.

  • Oversee quality assurance records and project archives.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in coordination, scheduling, or planning is essential

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent IT skills - MS Office suite etc.
