Our well established client are expanding their team and seek a highly organised Project Support Administrator / Co-Ordinator to manage project logistics, scheduling and documentation.
This office based role is ideal for candidates with experience in coordination, scheduling or planning who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and track project tasks, ensuring timely completion.

Coordinate logistics, including materials, plant hire and team travel.

Maintain project documentation including Health & Safety files and Risk Assessments

Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Manage workflow documentation, tracking deliveries and site requirements.

Oversee quality assurance records and project archives.
Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in coordination, scheduling, or planning is essential

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent IT skills - MS Office suite etc.
