We are looking for a proactive and experienced Finance Manager to lead our clients Core Finance Team.
The role requires a proven track record in managing finance operations, with a strong knowledge of management accounts, tax compliance, cash flow, and payroll.
Candidates must have a formal accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
The salary for this position ranges from £55,000 to £65,000, with additional bonus opportunities.
A minimum of several years of relevant experience in a similar role is required.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive fully qualified Finance Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clients Core Finance Team. This key role will involve ensuring the smooth delivery of critical finance functions while fostering collaboration with other finance sub-teams, including Accounts Payable, Credit Control, Reporting, and Support.Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Core Finance Team’s daily operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Oversee the preparation of management accounts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Handle tax responsibilities, including Corporation Tax compliance.
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the business maintains a healthy financial position.
Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with sub-teams and other key stakeholders within the business.

About You:To succeed in this role, you will need:

Proven experience in managing finance operations or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of management accounts, tax compliance, cash flow, and payroll.
Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with other teams.
A formal accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
