We are looking for a qualified Finance Manager with proven experience in managing finance operations to lead our clients' Core Finance Team.
The role involves overseeing daily operations, preparing management accounts, handling tax compliance, and managing cash flow.
Candidates must possess strong knowledge of management accounts, tax responsibilities, cash flow management, and payroll processes.
The position offers a salary range of £55,000 to £65,000, along with a bonus.
A formal accountancy qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA is required for this role.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive fully qualified Finance Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clients Core Finance Team. This key role will involve ensuring the smooth delivery of critical finance functions while fostering collaboration with other finance sub-teams, including Accounts Payable, Credit Control, Reporting, and Support.Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Core Finance Team’s daily operations.
Oversee the preparation of management accounts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Handle tax responsibilities, including Corporation Tax compliance.
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the business maintains a healthy financial position.
Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with sub-teams and other key stakeholders within the business.

About You:To succeed in this role, you will need:

Proven experience in managing finance operations or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of management accounts, tax compliance, cash flow, and payroll.
Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with other teams.
A formal accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
