The business has a strong track record of developing talent, with the current Financial Controller having started as an Accounts Assistant just 10 years ago. Now, they're looking for someone to join as Finance Manager, to work closely alongside the FC as the company continues to grow—and that someone could be you.
As Finance Manager, you'll be leading a dedicated team of two, ensuring the smooth delivery of month-end accounts, tax, and audit responsibilities. But this is more than just technical accounting. You'll be a true business partner, involved in budgeting, forecasting, and commercial decision-making—gaining exposure that will set you up for a future leadership role.
What you’ll need:
- Qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) - this is essential.
- Experience overseeing the preparation of management accounts to finalised version - you’ll take ownership here.
- Audit experience - whether in practice or industry, you’ll need a solid understanding.
- A proactive mindset - this isn’t just a reporting role; you’ll be partnering with the wider business.
