Your Schedule:
- Friday – Sunday 6am – 6pm
The Role:
As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of cutting-edge production systems. You’ll work closely with a skilled team, driving continuous improvement while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and maintain automated production and packaging equipment
- Create and implement preventative maintenance plans
- Lead new equipment installations and help train other staff
- Support apprentices and operators, sharing your expertise
- Work with management to find cost-effective solutions and solve technical challenges
- Promote safety best practices across the team
What We’re Looking For:
- Relevant Electrical / Mechanical Engineering qualification
- Proven experience within fast paced manufacturing or production environments
- Knowledge of 17th Edition Wiring Regulations and Electricity at Work Regulations would be ideal
- Strong problem-solving skills and clear communication
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
- Proficiency in MS Office and related tools
